Mavis Beacon Teaches typing...and only because I found that to be a lot of fun in middle school for some odd reason...

Also made it to 3-1 yesterday in SMBD...may try to beat more of it after I get home tonight. One way or another I will beat this game. Especially since I challenged myself not to use the warps...

Clearly, however, he has never played Rambo: First Blood Part II:

I briefly considered using "Zork," glad Noise did instead.

1. Strider (Arcade/PS2)
2. Thief Gold (PC)
3. Ys II (PC)
4. System Shock 2 (PC)
5. The Typing of the Dead (DC)
6. Marvel vs. Capcom (Arcade/PS3/DC)
7. Bushido Blade (PS1)
8. Wario Land (Virtual Boy)
9. Spyro the Dragon (PS1)
10. Eye of the Beholder (Sega CD)

What a delightful little game, and one that really impressed me throughout. It had some challenging components, but on the whole was very forgiving and just *fun*. I really want to check out the sequels at some point, though now it is on to the next game in my challenge: Ys II!

If you do, I suggest only checking out the second and third games in the series, Ripto's Rage and Year of the Dragon. After that, the games were no longer developed by Insomniac, and they go down the tubes fast in terms of quality.

I played the first Spyro last year for the summer challenge, nice controls and graphics, but the stage design was empty and easy. I'd probably tell most people to just skip to the third one.
