That could be the reason why you can't access it. The interface is normal, but you would access the bonus content in the XMB. I personally own both originals and that hasn't stopped me from buying them a second time. With all the extras and revamped graphics, the asking price is well justified.
So you don't load up the game? You do it from the XMB?

I actually find the game looks
better in stereo 3D. As someone who has worked in the film industry, helping convert 2D films to 3D, playing this (as my first stereo 3D game) just blows my mind because it's being rendered out in real-time. The various objects play at the correct depth, the lighting seems to cast a very natural glow to everything, and the "hard lines" of the characters and their environment don't seem to exist. SotC's 3D definitely shines over ICO's, simply because the environment is vast and wide - it can really convey a sense of depth.

The newer HDTVs that are out now have native 3D support (not sure if it is possible to output 3D images on previous HDTVs). All you need is 3DHDTV, PS3 and a game that supports stereo 3D. Our set is actually able to convert 2D images to 3D, though it's not entirely convincing compared to native 3D stuff.

Video games in general are MUCH easier to convert to 3D because they start off rendering everything in a virtual 3D space, and then showing a 2D projection of that 3D space on your TV. So you already have all of the z-axis data available to do your depth processing.

Just finished up Ico again. Love that game despite it only being a 4-5 hour romp lol

I picked up the collection at Best Buy today. I probably won't touch Ico, but I am looking forward to playing through SOTC again.

So already I can say that this collection is better than the Sly collection for two reasons. It's not missing content. The Sly Collection dropped the bonus, creator commentaries for the original Sly Cooper game. Also, I copied my Ico save so it seems that this collection doesn't have the stupid copy lock that the saves on the Sly Collection did
This may be the best HD collection yet and I'm thoroughly enjoying Ico. Now I just can't wait for Batman Arkham City, which I think drops next week
