I once had a student (13 yr old girl) who told me I needed a neti pot. She also warned me about popping pimples in the "danger triangle."

I have bad allergies but have never douched my sinus cavities. Most of my allergies are eye related.

I have year round allergies and live in KS where the pollen is dense as heck. Asthma too. It is weird to imagine how dirty things might be up there. My sinuses are pretty much always dry, have some post nasal drip and eye pressure, etc. I can only imagine a good flushing will do good. They look hilarious to use though.

Just got done trying it. It came out my mouth a little and tons of water ran down my body drenching my pants when I attempted both sides. An amazing experience to say the least. It brought forward some boogers that I was able to blow out.

I can say my nose feels lighter and to the touch. The pressure seems a bit relieved. Hmm, guess I'll try washing it out every few days and see how it goes.
