Thank you. You know how hard it is putting good games and systems down. I am just glad I took my oxbox that's modded and hooking it up to get any retro game fix. I put it away last year aroundspring because roms and emulators don't feel the same as a real cart and console. But since I have a bad habit the xbox will do me ok and control my urges. But today and tomorrow im going to get into Spiderman and soul reaver for the dreamcast.samsonlonghair wrote:I'd like to congratulate you on having good impulse control. Way to go, mas. I have the bad habit of buying too many video games. One of my new years resolutions is to quit buying video games until I have played every game in my backlog.mas wrote:Went to savers. Havent been in a while. They had sonic complete for the genesis and star wars and empire strikes back for the snes. Right there my urges started to come to and I started to look for a snes online. Decided to put the games away and walked out. I told myself I don't need it and i have a system called the dreamcast to collect for. Got home and played last blade2.
Video Game "Look what I found"

Another Candy cab within driving distance to me:
http://sacramento.craigslist.org/clt/4268113374.html
Trying to figure out if I can justify another cab (this would be my last for sure) This one actually came up for sale a while back in another city a little farther than this one (I know its the same cab because of the control panel and stand) for more than the asking price here. I would like to see if I could get it down to 400, I would already have to work on getting the control panel back to stock (do not like the American style stuff in there) so that would end up costing me a little more.

Made my weekly run to the pawns.

Keeping GTA V, and Mobile Suit Gundam Journey to Jaburo which landed me at around $28 with taxes.
Was waiting for GTA V to drop some more but couldn't pass it up
. Could have probably got it for $7 since the guy didn't even notice it was priced till I told him
. Was happy to pick it up at $24 though.
Picked up Journey to Jaburo since I sold my copy when I was younger. Remember it being a really cool game but the difficulty level killed me when I was younger so I tossed it in a yard sale

Back then, I liked the Dreamcast Gundam Side Story 0070 game.
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Discount day at Savers.
Eternal Sonata $4.80
SNES $10.40
N64 $14.40
Battle Arena Toshinden $4.28
The SNES has some issues. It's chipped but I have a dead one I'll swap the shell out with. More importantly, there are vertical lines on the screen while playing games. At 1st, the graphics were completely scrambled and I used a card with an electronic wipe to clean a bunch of crud from the pin connector. It got better but still a huge problem. I hope I can just swap out the pin connector from the dead one and all will be good. Even with the chip and teh broke RF, at $13 minus 20% I'm taking the gamble every time. The N64 is frickin' perfect (cosmetically too!) except for some dust.
I don't care how many of these systems I have, it's still pretty exhilarating to find stuff like this at thrift stores especially now that there are so damn many sharks grabbing my damn games right before I get there.

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynj ... collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

On an interesting note just realized Donkey Konga is the spanish version
. Occasionally bump into these
manual is completely in Spanish and box has english + spanish.
