Yes, but it's not something you're likely to get into much trouble with.
I guarantee the TCP guys aren't very happy with their stuff being sold on their, but this isn't the first company to do that and definitely won't be the last.
They've got a few of the ones I made on there. On one hand, I'm a tad annoyed that people are making money off of me, but on the other, I'm kinda flattered that people think that what I did was worth forking over cash for.
I love the sunday 5 for $1 color tags at Red Racks and City thrift. FOr $3.25 total I got Cabelas ps1 Driver 2 (Don't know why I like the double disc ps1 boxes but I do) DJ Hero w/2 turntables (one of the wireless receivers shows wire need to test) ps2 and some clothes Plus no one claimed the maglite that went into my works lost and found. My boss let me have it. This brings my maglite collection to 10. Anyone else collect these?

Weeeeeeell, I got my DQIV DS and lets just say there is a reason I got it for $35. The description read "Game in excellent condition. Comes with case and manual." I assumed that the whole package was in excellent condition. But in reality the cartridge is excellent but the case looks like a dog chewed on it (literally) and the manual's cover has fallen off.

Yeah, I just contacted the guy. I rarely buy used stuff without seeing it. However, I really want this game and got a little over zealous. Next time I will buy a brand new or not at all.
