Maybe I phrased that weirdly. It's an example of people being predisposed to believing something simply because it aligns with their perception, despite the fact that it isn't really feasible.

Maybe I phrased that weirdly. It's an example of people being predisposed to believing something simply because it aligns with their perception, despite the fact that it isn't really feasible.

It wasn't so much that she was gullible, although, yes, it doesn't hurt to look it up, but rather that she was so angry that she was proven wrong that she told her corrector to not correct her. That's zealotry.
