Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for $5 from the video rental place across the street.

I always get excited about finding good prices on GameCube exclusives. They usually cost more and I don't see them as often in the wild as I do PS2 games.

Snes console (PAL), 1 original joypad (perfect condition), 1 third party joypad (busted), original power supply, universal adapter to play US and Japanese games and around 20 games (carts only), of which I had only 4 up to now. They include some games I've wanted for ages: Earthworm Jim 2, Super SF2, Mega Man X, Contra 3, Battletoads and Turtles in Time.
Total cost: free.
Yesterday a friend at work saw me playing Mario on the FC Mobile 2, we got talking about retrogaming and today brought me two carrier bags of SNES stuff from his garage.
Mostly harmless

PS2 model SCPH-50001 with network adapter
Two official PS2 controllers
40GB Sony HDD
-Okami
-Sega Genesis Collection
-Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence
-Resident Evil 4
-Gitaroo Man
-Tenchu
-Odin Sphere
-God of War II
-God Hand
-HDD disk

all for $100. I was hesitant about spending that amount of cash even though the total value is more, but for games like Gitaroo Man and Odin Sphere, along with nearly everything to get my PS2 modded, I think it would be worth it in the long run. Now I just need to find a memory card and send it off to someone here for some tasty freemcboot.

Not too sure if this is a good deal since the only listings on ebay for these items are BINs, but I'm still quite pleased. Anyway, it's still noteworthy because Neo Geo stuff hardly ever shows up in the wild.

I just bought Mutation Nation and Aero Fighters 2 for the AES, both complete with manual and inserts, for $45 and $90 respectively.

I'll 2nd that. A friend gave this to me for Christmas this year. It's a bizarre game, which is part of it's charm. It shines in it's gameplay though. It's a rare treat to find a 3D beat em up that looks this good and plays this well.
