Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Hi guys. I'm Ark Thompson in the Web 2.0 form. In the real world, I go by Kyle Thompson. And for all you Resident Evil geeks like myself, my username is indeed based off a Resident Evil:Survivor character, Ark Thompson(I see some relation here!). I am 19 years of age and study Geography and Japanese at university. I have been gaming for as long as I can really remember: my first console being the Atari 7800. I enjoy collecting vintage systems and vintage games. My favorite consoles are the Genesis and 7800, mostly for nostalgia reasons :P. I enjoy making friends, japanese anime/culture, discussing anything classic gaming!

Welcome to the forum, lots of great guys here.

But yeah, you didn't get kicked out of a karate class, you left.

Hi, I'm Masa. I like video games and cartoons. I have a strong interest in games in general, but I feel like I've played very few retro titles. Maybe I'll actually have the motivation to become a regular this time, who knows.

Name's exo. My collection can be found here, so that I don't have to mention it here: http://vgcollect.com/exonerator
I frequent /r/gamecollecting, vgcollect.com, and the r/gc IRC channel. I'm a bit of a seasoned collector for a 17 year old. I'm also easy-going, and I can strike up a conversation pretty easily with other vintage vidya gaem collectors. So hit me up on Skype (Skype name: exonerative), ICQ, AIM, or on the r/gc IRC (#reddit-gamecollecting @ irc.freenode.net). I look forward to talking games with you guys.

Hi, I'm Carl.

Umbriel is just a name I usually use for MMOs or online games etc...

I was Born in 1986, so my first real console of memory was the NES. I have continued to play video games from then on. I am currently looking to buy a house and want to make a room dedicated to retro video games and consoles.

I am going to start by collecting NES titles, and work my way up from there. I don't know too much about pricing or many games that are rare, but I will continue to learn and ask questions! :)

Hello all. I’m Wil. I’m a 30-something gamer. I don’t really know anyone personally who’s as big a game nerd as I am. I found this site just randomly browsing for retro article to read.
I don’t get to play games much these days, however I still love collection and will always love the retro gaming culture. I started off playing the NES and have most major systems released since. Not much else to say. I have really enjoyed ready the posts over the last couple of days and posting a bit too. Happy gaming everyone.
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynjmwil/games?viewCollection=in-collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

Other than gaming I'm a huge fan of classic muscle cars, graphic designing, pro wrestling and tattoos. So far from what I've seen this is a solid forum and overall members here seem to be pretty cool.

Video games, wrestling and tattoos! Great stuff.

Hello I'm Ashley(:
I've only been collecting retro video game consoles for about a year now, but I'm in love with it. I like watching movies, drawing, photography, and relaxing. I'm 17 years old, and a senior in high school. I want to be a forensic photographer when I'm older. :D
Anyway, I'm trying to learn as I go with video games. I don't know a lot like the rest of you guys on here, but I'm hoping to learn a lot from this site.
