An odds and ends lot I picked up today. Came from a buddy who just moved about 5,000 worth of game auctions in eBay. He hits garage sales all summer and flips the games. Keeps some stuff for his kids, sells some to guys like me who collect, but mostly this is his Christmas money every year. But he doesn't want to mess with the bits left over. So he gave me a call and a very friend priced transaction later these became mine.

Many of the disc games have surface scratching, most will play but they aren't collector condition. But still really happy with my pick up!

I wonder if there is an obscure yet amazing game , I am not talking about games that didn't sell well, I am talking about games that hardly sold or people noticed they existed.

@beatnix

what was the damage? Looks like you hit a gold mine

Well, just as a preface, I bought this with the sole intention of selling off most of it. In fact he sold it to me with that knowledge. And I know the debate about disclosing or not disclosing this information with intentions of selling. But good deals will be given all around so with that said I paid a total of $48

I'm sure just on those consoles alone you'll make some good money.

I went over originally to buy a box of loose manuals and a couple guide books from him for 5.00. And when I was there he offers me the rest for 50.00. He didn't want to mess with any more eBay auctions and wife wanted garage clear for winter. I had 8.00 in my pocket. He said to just give him the first 40.00 I make... He a good friend to have!

And it's truly a hodge podge of parts and pieces. Not ever system is complete. But my 48.00 is there pretty easy. I'm keeping a few items and am excited about the additions. So however it turns out I'm gaining for nothing and that's how I've tried to build my collection from the start.

I absolutely guarantee it, especially nowadays with all the indie stuff floating around.

Guarantee there's some fantastic games that were only ever posted once on some lonely forum years ago.

There was another 65-mile yard sale in Georgia yesterday, I almost didn't want to go after the last one we went to really sucked...so my mom and I just went to a few around town. It was still pretty early when we finished up around here so we figured "why not" and drove out to the 65-mile one. haha

Here's what I ended up getting...

I found the Gamecube with two controllers and Mario Sunshine, Pinball and Pac-Man 2 in town and got everything for $20. Everything else I found in other cities.

"smoke black" N64 controller (really loose joystick and cord has a few dings) - $4
Wavebird controller -no receiver- I actually picked this up at Goodwill when we got back home - $3.24 after tax
Pokemon Pearl complete with poster and paperwork - $10
Star Wars Battlefront II (no manual) - $1
Monopoly Party - free
4 Game Boy Games (Bart vs the Juggernauts, Jurassic Park, Wario Land, and Mortal Kombat) - $1 for all
black wii remote (no battery cover but it works) - $3
Yu-Gi-Oh GBA manual - .25
Other various Game Boy manuals - .50 for all

Everything below I got for $10 total. I was pretty excited about the Doom Jaguar cart, this was only my second time ever finding a jaguar game "in the wild". And it's not often at all that you see Master System games around here.

Nice haul, thats a ton of stuff at such a great price! Spotted a game might be interested in, sent you a PM.

@ harper - Good stuff! I passed up on three Wavebird controllers at roughly the same price each at another Thrift Store. Spent the next month visiting the store hoping to find the Recievers in with the camera memory cards, no luck. I should have bought those Wavebirds at least good for backups.
