I was at the exit of 2-2; man eater on top of a totem, right in front of the exit, in the dark. Was terrible - I couldn't figure out what to do.

I throw up a rope - climb up, toss the maneater the girl, then jump across - he eats me too. I couldn't tell if he was still chewing and didn't know if he could chew 2 of us at once. Well, apparently he can. Dead.

I just didn't know what to do. Was super frustrating. I had 12 bombs, 6 ropes, 4 health, a compass, a cape, and was cruising. Aidric says to me, "Umm. Why didn't you just bomb the totem/maneater?

UGH! YEAH, WHY DIDN'T I JUST DO THAT!

classic Spelunky, man. You don't get better at Spelunky. You just learn to speak its language better; you start to recognize solutions to problems that stumped you before. Just keep swimming upstream, Tunes.

Today's run was easy. Another run where I spent too much money and died a ridiculous death. Getting so annoyed the last 4-5 days of just completely beyond avoidable deaths. I set a bomb and ran away as normal - completely oblivious to the fact the direction I ran was a totem. Ran right into it. URRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

I had a slip up and landed on spikes as the jetpack ran out of juice. Had I not, I would have had a new high score for these runs. I love how I am one rank ahead of you in the daily.
