Well it's not that I've given up but I'm not sure these are going to get beat before the end of the year:

- The legend of Heroes - Trails of Cold Steel (it feels and looks like I've barely started and haven't progressed much since my last update)
- Tales of Phantasia (I've got some exploration and revisiting of places in this future setting to find before I can conclude this tale)
- Super Mario 3d land - I'm definitely going back to it but I need to beat Tales of first...

Hopefully I'll make some dents in these once school is over for the semester but right now they aren't getting beat....

Ah, sounded like you were blasting through Phantasia and were going to beat it soon?

I'm working on it but literally stuck at this point since I've no idea where I'm looking for stuff besides one place and I guess it's because I need to go revisit certain areas in this time period. I'm just not sure if I'm going to beat it before the year is over. I'm currently sitting at 42 hours with my playthrough but still hoping I beat it soon just don't know when that'll be....

I stopped playing Dragon Quest VII (after 100 hours and unbeaten) so I could play Pokemon Moon!

X-Men Legends I&II for the Gamecube.

I came across really good copies of these games a week ago and thought I'd run through them real fast. I know that most people like these titles and that they made a huge splash back in the day but it's just not jiving with me. And that really bothers me because I feel like these should be games that I should be loving.

Oh well - fodder for the charity auction!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Gamecube games I've never heard of!?! QwQ

Are they beat-em-ups? Why didn't you feel they gelled with you? I'm ALWAYS up for a spin of some new multiplayer Gamecube fare.

 Is that game obscenely long, or are you a meticulous completionist?

It can definitely be finished faster. I beat the original in around 95.

Do not give up on Trails of Cold Steel. It's fantastic, and the ending is a fabulous cliffhanger that will leave you raging and begging for more all at the same time.
