Everything seems to still work. I just downloaded a patch this morning. I'm not sure what the end date is, when the site will become read-only.

Tetris Harddrop
This hack does a few quality of life updates for Game Boy Tetris but the best thing is the "harddrop". As you're playing you can press up on the d-pad to send the piece directly to the bottom. This was a feature in later Tetris titles but is something I sorely missed when going back to the GB version. I highly recommend this hack as it dramatically picks up the pace.

So the patches on RHDN are still available for download? When does the site turn into read-only? Or did something change?

You can still download content. How long that will be the case is something I don't know.
