You fox are really strange about not showing your faces.

I completely understand not wanting your face being plastered all over the net, but that ain't going to happen on this site.

My face is on the Show a Picture of Yourself thread.

I'm Terry Bogard for Halloween, and I also have a pic of me holding some high-end SAT-J games, when we were trolling that Busomjack dude.

Ah, I see.

I miss BusomJack. He could dead lift the dead if asked. When he shook he was a figurative protein shake. Don't remember him being a dick to anyone either.

I'll get back on topic and post a pic of Ripley soon. She had a great walk this morning, came up to the top floor, moved her bed as close to the A/C vent as she could, and placed her face right next to it.

She's still a smart cookie.

My pup would just want me to drag the bed to the ac for him.

Skin cancer.

I'm finding a new vet, and may take her to NC State which supposedly has the best doggie oncologist in the South East.

Taking it day by day, but she has tons of energy and loves to play hide and seek and go for walks. She's fine now, but my heart tells me when things start to go downhill, they'll go downhill fast.

Ripley really does feed off emotion, so I'm staying as cheerful as possible.

That is good that there is a specialist in oncology you can take her to for help.
I found a beagle when i was a kid that had cancer. The vet told me muffin was lucky if she had 3 months left. She lived another 3yrs.

Our cat passed away last month. I brought her in one night, and - as usual - she hissed and fought to stay outside. The next morning, however, she was having difficulty breathing. We noticed that she had lost some weight recently, but otherwise she had not seemed to be in poor health. I took her to our veterinarian, who informed me that if I had not brought her in before heading to work - or if I had simply left her out the night before - she would have died within the hour. (Due to either heart failure or lung cancer, her lungs were filling with fluid and her windpipe was collapsing.) They were able to stabilize her long enough for me to tell her good bye and see her off.

She was an old girl - 16 years - and she had already survived one round of cancer. Her death, however, was very swift and very unexpected.

You never know how much time you will have with your loved ones - and this is particularly true with beloved animals. Cherish the time you are given, and - with your animals, at least - spend just a little more time scratching behind their ears tonight.

Maybe donate some for my girls... :P

Well, since the male cat just got shaved this week, I have a bag of hair. Maybe I could try to trade it for some games I need. :D
