If one is good at fighting games with pads, that's your pad to bring to tournaments so you can say "You just got beat by a cute penguin and seal".

I went on a long road trip over the weekend and...bought a few games. I think the only thing in this bunch that would qualify as a deal was Killer 7 for $3.99, but as someone new to the Game Gear, I'm a little surprised by how cheap its games are.

Super Nintendo
Gradius III
Super R-Type
Disney's Goof Troop
Tin Star
F-Zero
Revolution X
Street Fighter II

GameCube
Killer 7

Game Gear
NHL All Star Hockey
Aerial Assault
Shinobi II
G-Loc Air Battle
Devilish
Ninja Gaiden
Castle of Illusion
Sonic Drift 2
Ecco the Dolphin
Mortal Kombat II
Columns

PlayStation 1
Wild 9
Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix
Wipeout 3
Silent Hill
Shellshock
Battle Arena Toshinden 2
VTennis
A-Train
Air Combat
NHL Faceoff

I am digging the PS1 long boxes!

Also, you have a great user name. You will find a lot of MST3K fans on this site.

not the greatest find, but I was at my local retro store and I saw this on the floor behind the counter. and I said "I'm guessing that's on hold for someone" and the guy working there said "oh yeah I forgot about that, he should of came yesterday I guess I can sell it to you" Cool thing about this store is they sell consoles for the same price regardless of whether it has the box or not. Now $30 for a model 1 bare console is a bit overpriced, but with the box its not a bad deal at all i think. the console and controller has its original baggies but no sign of any liturature so not sure exactly what its missing. Also I found a dogbone nes controller for $10, not too bad.

Yeah that was a bit too gloaty. I posted that right after I left the thrift store and my eyes were still bugging out of my head. Someone dropped off their snes collection today. In addition to Hagene, I also snagged Mega Man X & Donkey Kong Country along with other games bundled with each of those games.
