I ask the same thing. For every item I see that is marginally interesting, I'll see six crappy Tony Hawk knock-off games, 4 Madden games from 2003, and 3 overpriced Mario/Duck Hunt carts.oxymoron wrote:Teh Lurv wrote:I need to stop browsing thrift stores, I'm running out of room for CIB systems.Where the hell are these magical thrift stores? All I have is shitholes.

Hehe, I found this controller at a thrift store today.
Never seen one before. Totally worth 294 yen ($3.00).
From this day forth all of my PS1/PS2 gaming will be done with this bad boy.

Wow that is different! I see it has the standard Analog Stick enable, but what is the slide switch for, autofire maybe? Do you have the Pingu game?hashiriya1 wrote:Hehe, I found this controller at a thrift store today.

I don't have the Pingu game.
The switch says "HOLD". No idea what it does and the instructions simply say "This is the HOLD switch". According to THIS description it says it will hold a chosen button down for you. I guess it's something that makes playing Pingu easier.
