God, finally. Blade of Darkness is the best game I've played since Shadow of the Colossus. It's so fucking good.

Y's 1 on PSP, Chrono Trigger on DS, and a bit of Shining Force on the PS3.

Soon I will finish Y's, and go back full time to Chrono.

You gonna play Ys II? Everyone else is skipping it!

I'm still playing Ys VI. There's only one thing holding this back from being a decent game: the jumping mechanics. Holy mother of god. The jumping controls in The Oath in Felghana were annoying but eventually I became (somewhat) accustomed to them, the jumping controls in this title are absolutely mutilated. The fixed camera angle isn't helping either. :x

I might play Y's 2 after I finish 1, or I might wait a while.. I'm thinking wait a bit. I also bought Y's 7 a long time ago and I kinda want to play that at some point.

I'm just sad that you're not playing Neptunia mk2. It's surprisingly good! :D Not amazing, but it's so much better than the original. Considering Cross Edge, Trinity Universe, and the original Hyperdimension Neptunia were practically the same, it's nice to see that Compile Heart actually did some work to improve their formula.

I tried it for a bit and liked it, but then had to jump into Ys I for Together Retro... which then led to more Ys games... and more...

I'll get back to the lolis later this year.

I have a few PS2 RPG's I picked up but haven't completed yet either, but i'm afraid to start a massive RPG right now. Wizardry: Tale of the Forsaken Land, and King's Field: The Ancient City.

I made a little progress in KF last year, and haven't played any of the Wizardry title yet. I kinda liked how relatively short Y's 1 was, and the happiness at actually completing a game for the first time in what feels like forever. I fear the long RPG these days.

I can't believe that Demon's Souls gets the recognition it does when Blade of Darkness pretty much did the same thing a decade earlier. Dark, atmospheric, combat-heavy action-RPG? Oh, but Blade of Darkness has a much faster combat system that's (in my opinion) much better.

I think I am going to play Legend of Heroes:Trails in the Sky on PSP. I started that right before I got sidetracked onto Y's, and it's pretty cool.
