Well, Stage 5 is the best stage in DFK by a mile, so I may have to check that out!

Thanks to BogusMeatFactory, I was able to get a stream set up yesterday, and streamed some kuso runs of Dodonpachi and Espgaluda.

I'll probably be doing one of those, with some NMK in the mixup, at some point today as well.

I don't think it's a free game, but if you search for 'laserreimu doujinstyle' you should find it.

(That will give you a .bin and .cue file; I presume you can use those ok.)

Ginga Fukei Densetsu Sapphire!

On PSP...

One of the best shmups I've played in some time. The soundtrack is awesome!

Sapphire is great. I couldn't believe it was running on a Turbographx!

Yes, it is.

It doesn't matter what you play it on, it's still great. I haven't fired up the TG-CD in a bit; I may just start a Hi-Score thread for this one.

I've never played that version, as from what I understand it goes for about $464837643 dollars.

There's a PSP comp with Sapphire and the two Galaxy Fraulein games though. Pretty cool.

Yeah, the legit version is pretty salty.

I have one of the high-quality bootlegs, so I'm not exactly livin' large.

I played it on the Wii, so I'm in whatever bracket would be below both of you

It seems like a perfect game for the psp. Is it in 4:3, or 16:9? (or both!?)

4:3 (at least) and honestly, I don't like it on the PSP. Way too small to get the full effect of the game's graphical quality, and really see what's going in in general, for me.

Not exactly a 1CC, but I finally managed to enter my initials in the default high score table in Dangun Feveron! :)

I had a few runs with one of the normal ships and died on the Stage 3 boss - no high score there, though I must have been close, probably about 1 - 1.1 million (it doesn't actually show you what score you finished with unless you make it onto the high score table).

Then tried it with the secret character, where it's possible to score a lot more, though it's more difficult since you're not given any bombs, plus you're so fast it's almost uncontrollable. Made it to Stage 3 again and finished with 1.5 million.
