Re: New Members: Introduce Yourself!
Hi, I am a 27 yr. old guy. I am a machinist who works for a small tool and die company.
I love fighters, RPGs, racing; pretty much anything except puzzle games. I HATE puzzle games.
I have been collecting for a little over 5 years, and I am an avid collector of Dreamcast, Saturn, SNES, and rare PS1 games. I also have a decent collection of Super Famicom and Import Saturn stuff, including a mint complete Japanese Saturn.
I am the significant other to Cookie Monster. (That sounds kind of weird) But, I kid. She's awesome, and shares my gaming addiction.
My biggest problem with games today, is that they are designed to be beaten. I remember when games were so irrevocably frustrating, that you would kick your Nintendo across the room because the disappearing platforms caused you to fall on the spikes for the 17th time!!! (Damn you, Dr. Wily!)
Ah, THAT was gaming.
Wow, I'm old.

If you can see the future while remembering the past, you may just have control of the present.
