Pretty hit and miss to be honest. On games where the C buttons are just used for the camera, they work well. But on games where the C buttons have other functions it's really awkward.

I've beaten Super Mario 64 and Ocarina of Time that way and I had no problems with the controls. To be fair though, I've only used an N64 controller once or twice, so it might be fine for me since I don't really know how they normally control.

I grabbed a few physical games today! I got:

Chessmaster (Game Gear)
Earthworm Jim (Game Gear)
Towers: Lord Baniff’s Deceit (Game Boy Color)

Now, I need only 22 Game Gear games and 17 Game Boy Color games to finish my collections!

It probably varies game to game, but I thought it was better for S&P with the joystick mapped to the right stick on the classic pad.

I bought Dusty Diamond's All-Star Softball on the Nintendo Entertainment System!

For a long while, Dusty Diamond's has been the game that I have been looking for the longest time. It has such a strong pull on my childhood as I used to play it with my brothers and friends. Unfortunately, Dusty Diamond's is one of those strange sports titles that is actually rare. So, when my friend found a boxed copy at a recent convention, I offered to buy his copy and I now have one of my own. I feel more complete knowing the game is in my collection. I have a soft spot for NES baseball games and this one is my holy grail.
