And I highly recommend picking up Skies of Arcadia before the price skyrockets.
The game value has already been steadilly rising so I would def def implore to go hunting for a good deal on this wonderful DC title.

Game's I've requested for are usually dirt cheap titles that are worth every penny IMO (Wetrix+, Demolition Racer, Daytona USA)

Just did. Off the list i'd be real interested in reviews for:

Buzz Lightyear: don't even have this game
Maximum Pool: this either
Tee Off: Just recently got this for a measly $2. I actually like the game
Soul Calibur: I'd like to read your take on this fighters after so many years

don't laugh, I was kind of planning to. I had two ideas:

1. Review it through the eyes of the 13 year old that would have received it as a gift from his parents, which means looking up words like "sex," "breasts," and so on.

2. Making a list of totally random subjects and then delivering a report on my findings school project style.

Shrug.

Noise:

To the extent you have not already completed them, I would enjoy hearing your take on both Nights (SAT) and Space Channel 5 (DC). I thoroughly enjoyed both, and Space Channel 5 is my favorite music game of all time.

Also, your ideas for Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia are great; you should do both. (I am - for better or worse- old enough to remember when those horrible things were omnipresent...and how those grainy videos felt like the bleeding edge of technology. Thank you, internet, for shutting that whole thing down.)

I love how it's missing sound effects that were in the Genesis version.

and how it actually has to load special moves mid-fight

Maybe it wasn't the Saturn version? Dammit, now I'm confused; now I gotta see if it sucks. I haven't played it in such a long time.

The only older MK's I sunk a lot of time into were 3,UMK3, and MK Trilogy.
