What car do you drive?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

The v8 muscle car debate makes no sense either, since nobody ever brings up v6 being inferior on the boring cars most people have. Ill take a 4 cylinder challenger over a v6 camry any day. The v6 muscle cars today would kick the asses of most the 8s from the 70s too.

Most all cars kick the ass of any 70s car after 72
2012 Toyota Camry SE (V6) 0-60 mph 5.7 Quarter Mile 14.1
Some flavors of beige can kick the ass of many an old 'sporty' car.

I will get out and enjoy a drink at the finish line while I am waiting for him to catch up

The Accords have that "Variable Cylinder Management" thing where it'll turn off cylinders if you are cruising. Best of both worlds: efficiency and power when you need it like switching lanes or getting on the highway.

A friend of mine has the 5.0 from this generation. Disgustingly awesome pick up, amazing sound, cherry red color, not for me.

I wish you luck on the car man enjoy.
Please turn in your man card.
I seem to have misplaced it. Most likely my dog ate it.

2006 Saab 9-5 w/ Sport Package
2012 Ford Focus

I recently acquired the Saab as a secondary car so that my wife and me would have cars of our own to alternate between. The turbo is awesome on the Saab and it has a slick two tone interior. I also enjoy the quirkiness of the Saab since I find myself to be a quirky individual. However, I love both cars and the Focus was actually the first car I ever owned. I went 25 years without a car relying on the horrible public transportation in DC. I was born and lived in NYC for 18 years so I tried to keep the public transportation thing going.

Bumper Cars. In light of the recent car talk in the Random Thoughts Thread. Anyone can post what car they drive with stories or even include problems on their vehicle.

This Thread already shows a history of what everyone drives, someone might be familiar on a particular vehicle whenever another member needs car help.

Mods - Maybe a sticky for this Thread since it might be beneficial, a one stop to get car help? Possible rename to a clearer Title, although the OP starter has not visited in almost a year.

I think this would be a great idea. Not only for the gearheads in the video game forum, but if you just have an issue with a vehicle in general. It might save you some money on a diagnostic test from a mechanic.

I drive a 2003 Pontiac Vibe S. Love my little sport wagon and the gas mileage that comes with it
I am buying all Saturn games, PM me with your offerings and I will let you know if I need the game or not! (Everything must be CIB)

Currently trying to knock off all the sports games, would like to get them <$5 each! Of course if you would like to donate them I will gladly pay the shipping! :)

Well, blegh.

As far as I can tell, my car is not going to be a runner anytime soon. Apparently, getting to be a stroker isn't a problem as much as finding parts to do it is...

Of course, I was thinking of getting something to hop up besides this one, on the side. Probably a truck or something, but a car is still an option. Or a trike...?
