I guess in today's world it IS rather hard to make your own opinion. But being close-minded enough to think that the AVGN doesn't like the NES is one for the ages.
*yawn* at this shit thread.
I guess I'll throw my opinion out there since I decided to post. I don't like the ActionMax. So many cords.

Considering James Rolfe is one of the more diehard NES fans out there, this is hilarious.

Wait, wait, wait...someone actually thought that James Rolfe doesn't like NES? Because someone who hates the NES is clearly the type of person who would amass a near-complete NES collection.
Guess someone needs a lesson in not taking things 100% literally all the time.

Wha, wha, why?
DRM? Hardware issues on older systems? Don't like being stuck to a monitor (not as much of an issue these days, but it used to be)? PC gaming can be awesome sometimes*!
*especially if you are playing PC Engine games.

For me, DRM, forced installs, varying compatabilities, keyboard controls (I hate them), being stuck to a monitor and not being able to have my computer available for talking to friends, lstening to music and whatever else whilst I'm playing a game without having to switch out of the game window. Yes, most or all of these things can be avoided, but it's just more effort. I put in the effort to play some classic point n click games, but for everything else, I just stick with my consoles.
And yes, I know some of these things are increasingly becoming a problem on modern home consoles too, but seeing as my only modern systems are the Wii and 3DS, I don't really let that bother me right now.

Glad you guys got the joke @ the AVGN. If I were to have a calling it would be the PlayStation 1 Dork because I have over 100 PS1 games which I'm sure isn't hard to accomplish.

So what it is? A baby of Mario+RPG+a book?
It's a 3D game. The environments are 3D and you can walk forward and backwards in the Z axis.
The N64 is a bit lacking in games with 2D graphics, but there's a few games with 2D gameplay. Mischief Makers and Goemons Great Adventure are good examples. There's also Bangai O, if you can import.
I totally forgot about that actually... the lack of sleep is bad for me...

Agreed. I generally don't like PC games that don't allow for direct gamepad support.
