I have been thinking about giving PC gaming a chance though, mostly for PC exclusives and for quality rpgs like Dragon Age and Witcher 2, which seem like games made for PC

This is about the time of year where I can't afford games. Normally it's because I have no student loan until September, but this time it's because University is finished and I'm unemployed. I don't see any more big spending sprees on the near horizon until I get a position somewhere.
Anyhow, all of this months games were from a car boot sale and cost me about £5 altogether. Easily my month with the least expenditure on games
