I lift 3 days a week now. For along time i went 5 days a week. It was real addictive for awhile as i was always small. Started at 155 lbs and worked up to 200 lbs, all i do is strength training. No cardio what so ever. Cut down to 3 days a week cause i just don't have that kind of time anymore.

Working out in itself can be addictive, lord knows I wouldn't to pile a drug on top of that. By all means, push it to the limit and walk on the razors edge but you always need to know your limitations. The best workout/lifting advice I have ever received was from my Pops: "Your body will talk to you. Listen to it".

:D I think I've finally got Chrome working again. For those who didn't know, I've been having issues with Google Chrome displaying pages without any formatting, images or et al. And I finally figured out (hopefully) how to fix that.

 I had to remove AdBlocker.

:D Picked up tons of shifts for next week. For the week of the 22nd (Christmas Week), I'll be raking in over 30 hours while still having Christmas Day off. I'm still on the lookout for another shift that I can pick up for next Saturday (my only other day off) so I can try for a full 40-hour work week.

:( So far nothing for this current week. But as of this moment it's only Monday morning (at the time it's 6 minutes after 1am).

:D Don't know why but iTunes can boot up again, and today I copied some more stuff on there, but sadly had to delete the soundtracks to The Rocky Horror Picture Show and the film version of RENT.

A great actor, best know for his role in Lawrence of Arabia. You should see it.

A lot of people tend to forget that your central nervous system needs at least 2 recovery days, no matter your workout schedule. Unless of course you have no workout schedule. Then it's party all the time.
