hey! Im Alex. Just turned 20 and im from Victoria Australia. Studying human sevices and social work. I have been lurking here for little while, figured I should introduce myself. My first console was the NES and then I went straight to the PS1. Just recently scored a boxed NES for $20 and thats pretty much what got me back into retro gaming/collecting. Since then I have got my hands on a SNES, N64, gamecube and wii. SNES would have to be my favourite console and that is my main focus for collecting. Outside of gaming I enjoy skateboarding and hanging out with the girl friend. I listen to lots of 60's/70's rock and a bit of thrash/death metal and hardcore. im currently in the process of printing covers and recasing my snes cart collection.
Hello to everyone in the Racketboy community. It is an honour to meet you!
Konami and Treasure are two of my favourite developers. I have been a fan since playing Gunstar Heroes in 1993. I am from Sussex in England, currently studying in Nottingham, has anyone ever been to Notts or Sussex?
Reading Racketboy articles over the past few years has been fun and engaging, especially the hidden gems features.
I was just hoping for some advice concerning selling my Dreamcast in the UK. Is there a suitable forum where I can post a picture of what I have and to receive feedback from the community? I understand you have to wait 14 days to post in the trading forum. I was just hoping to show you what I have and see what a reasonable price would be. Thank you for your help.
Hello! My name is Steve. I found this site while looking up information on the Dreamcast, and I've been hooked ever since. The forum seems to be populated by very pleasant people, so I'm looking forward to hanging out here!
I found this site when I was google searching rare NES games and found all the great reviews on rare games for each console. I would say my favorite type of game would be RPG's of any kind but I will play any game worth playing. I also enjoy collecting figures and posters and am searching to purchase a home with a large enough man cave for all my gaming stuff lol. I will say I am pretty new to the forum gig but I look forward to talking with you guys in hope of learning some new things especially in the area of arcade cabs as I am wanting to restore/build my own in the future.
