Did some hunting while I was on vacation last week and came across a store selling a bunch of imports. The Chun Soft audio novels I mostly bought for the awesome box art, but I've always wanted an SFC copy of Sim City.

Picked up Dance Central 3(360), GTA Double Pack Liberty & Vice City Stories(PS2), Sim's Bustin Out(GC), and Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy(GC) all CIB for $18.

My Dad also picked me up a copy of Return Fire(PS1) complete in longbox for $1 while running around the flea market the other day :).

The official name seems to be Madcatz Handheld Racing wheel, but there is very little information online it seems. I just remembered I have a disc only copy of gran turismo floating around somewhere, so I will try it out when I get home on that.
Good info, I always thought the grey plug was an indicator, seen even on a lot of earlier 3rd party PS1 controllers. Interested if any Spinner games might work. Maybe try it on some arcade compilations?

Took a couple of pics for you, maybe you can gather some info based off these:

anyway, I tried it today with gran turismo, and after an initial adjustment, it is a pretty precise way to race! One of the main hurdles to get over was the fact that the controls are switched from a normal controller ie: you steer with your right hand, rather than your left thumb, and the gas and brake are controlled with your left index finger. The wheel is very responsive, and as long as the game supports calibration, you can set the sensitivity to your liking. I would like the trigger to have a little more resistance to it, maybe I will open it up to see what kind of springs it uses. And a side note, the first gran turismo is cake to control compared to the later installments, I would go as far to say it has a very arcade like feel.

Edit: A really cool function of this wheel is that you can switch the mode so it shows up as either a Racing wheel, Dual shock, or digital pad, so in theory I should be able to use this on my ps3 with a converter for racing games. When in the dual shock mode, the wheel acts as the left analogue, and the triggers act as the right.

I once picked up 25 CIB MINT as MINT can be nes games including arkanoid with controller, 50 loose nes games (many uncommon and a few rare), a complete in box jaguar with cybermorph and cib dino dudes, 50 black label CIB super mint ps1 games, 2 sega saturns (both models, one mint in box with everything still in plastic, AND 135 CIB ridiculously mint sega saturn games. I'm talking not even the tinniest scratch on any game, nor any cracks on the cases. The saturn games still had the foam inserts in them. A few titles include, shinning force the holy ark, winning post, mega man 8, Astal. Several imports as well including Dungeons and Dragons collection, Capcom generations 1-5, marvel super heros vs street fighter, panzer dragoon aztel, and Phantasy star collection. All for $350 off craigs list. I sold a good amount of the NES games on ebay and doubled my money and kept everything else.

Either LiftOff or GoofOff works pretty well.

Interesting. That Dual Shock and Digital Pad modes definitely opens up possibilities for the Arcade Compilations I mentioned earlier, even games that do not support a driving controller. Imagine playing Asteroids, Space Duel and other Shooters with that dial. Seems strange but the ships have more precise control just like the Arcade Omega Race spinner controlled game. There are some SHMUPS that can also benefit with the RC controller. I did this with the Hori Zero Tech which is similar in design.

Goof off is likely to mar or otherwise etch an older cart. I'd go with a magic eraser w/a touch of water if rubbing alchohol and muscle don't do the trick.
