What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
I have no sympathy for Goodwill. Yes, the prices are cheap, but Goodwill pays absolutely nothing for their products, the CEO is a millionaire, and despite popular perception, they are not a charity. Their employment-training is questionable, at best, and they were known to give disabled employees less than minimum wage. I refuse to ever give anything to them, instead giving to local charities for more impact.

Guess what? Stealing is stealing! How novel and revealing of one's character!
Steal a movie off the Internet, steal it from the Goodwill, it doesn't matter. A thief is a thief. Swallow that jagged pill with a spoon full of sawdust.
Smile/Frown: You guys and gals may want to get comfy and grab a snack or meal as my next post in this thread will be worth the read. And go ahead and Google Roy Underhill if his name doesn't ring a bell. You'll be glad you did.

Well, to the thief it doesn't matter, as he/she is a thief either way. To the owner of the physical item in question, though, there is certainly a difference. If you have the option to either 1) Steal my copy of (insert game here), or 2) Download a rom of said game, I would greatly prefer you go with the latter.

In short, I met Roy Underhill, my brother-in-laws wife used her laptop during a dinner at 18 Seaboard (still can't believe she did that and I was the only one to say anything), I slept walk and woke up in a bathroom with my wallet in hand, and last night was a blast.
