There are a ton of Win+<blah> shortcuts on Windows that aren't advertised ANYWHERE. Win+D is show/hide desktop.

WINKEY+SHIFT+LEFT or RIGHT ARROW

This will shunt the current window around to your other monitor(s). No dragging, no fumbling around if you can't currently see it, like if you're shifting something to a secondary TV output you might not have line of sight to.
Yeah love that one. I use WIN+L for locking my workstation and WIN+D for clear desktop. CTRL+SHIFT+ESC is Task Manager too which is handy sometimes.

Yeah, I knew most of those others. I love keyboard shortcuts. In my case this is useful for work because I'm often trying to help customers shift an information window over to a screen that's usually facing the other direction or vice versa. Having them turn the other screen around or stand on the other side of the desk with the mouse is a pain in the butt.

Another set of them that I use is good if you have multiple monitors and one dies on you or you otherwise have a program window stuck in the ether somewhere and can't see it.

Make sure the program is active on your task bar or by ALT Tabbing to it.
ALT+SPACE
M
Hit any arrow key once
Move your mouse, the window will be. stuck to your mouse and you can place it and click to stick it.

Wow, I would have killed for this when I had several monitors

WINKEY+SHIFT+LEFT or RIGHT ARROW... Up and down arrows maximize and minimize too. Awesome.

Ctrl+alt+dlt is not task manager on Pro builds. Pressing that button combo will bring up a menu screen (lock, switch user, log off, change password, task manager) then you have to click on task manager. It's easier to right-click the task bar and then click task manager.

I like to change the power button in the start menu to lock instead of anything else (shut down, restart, sleep, hibernate). Makes locking the computer as simple as Win key, left arrow, enter. Also helps from accidentally restarting or sleeping (or whatever you default that button to) which I've done a few times in the past.
