From what I played of the titanfall alpha it is similar to COD in the speed and arcadey feel of shooting. Otherwise the game is a very solid FPS shooter however using the titans the game still feels like COD in only not as fast as when you are out of the titan suit but still fast and oh yeah you still can be taken out by non titan users so there is a semblance of balance but still a far way to go from being balanced. So if you don't like COD esque games and or FPS multiplayer shooters in general then of course you will not like this type of game what did you expect really?

Otherwise the game is fun for what it is and for those that hate on it that's your opinion and you can live with the hate and turmoil of being the anti popular kid that likes everything opposite of what is the hot trend. What I played and experienced is nothing new but the fun factor is miles more fun than playing BF4 and COD IMO due in part not because of the titans but rather the feel of movement in 3D is miles ahead of tribes and warhawk even though the 3D movement were good on both of those games.

Like always for those that have an open mind and just want to have fun regardless of Resolution and game style you are going to have a fun March . For those haters keep hating all you doing is stressing out for no reason but to stir up drama .

Ok, now I'm close-minded because I don't think the industry needs another CoD clone and am disappointed with the game? If anything, this is a missed opportunity to create a first-class IP that had the potential for a great story, an interesting universe, and (possibly) some first-class characters. Instead, we get a CoD clone. If this is "being a hater" and "stirring up drama", then I guess I'm guilty

When you advertise something as a "revolution in online FPS games" and deliver a shitty re-skin of an already badly designed game (don't get me started), I think people have the right to call you out for it. Also, lol? Comparing Tribes to this? Tribes has huge maps and many players playing. Please, this game is a cluster-fuck. Tiny maps with 6 vs 6 gameplay. So much for being "next-gen".

See here is the thing you two clowns keep talking about and mentioning from other peoples impressions and also by viewing those crappy videos of the game. Did you two play the game? Well did you I'm still waiting with a good valid reason expressing how your initial impression of the game? You make me laugh in that I'll consider your Opinion on a game that you two people haven't played it.Umm hello I played Titanfall, you know played online and played in real time not fantasizing that that the game is boring and brings nothing new to the table. If you had reading comprehension skills then you would have already known that I never mentioned that this game is "ground breaking" or "Revolutionary". I said it was a solid FPS game with a COD esque feel that is a great game not world changing.

And no Zerox I didn't compare Titanfall Game for game with Tribes but rather the 3D movement as both share that jet pack movement and that is where the similarities end but IMO the 3D movement is miles ahead of what tribes did . Yeah and of course there is no single player because that is what this game is. It is not made for single player so if it is not your cup of tea and your style then there is no way to change like minded individuals like yourself in that type of game.

And is it silly to state that obvious about people in general that "stress" over things and game styles that don't concern them. And do you two clowns want to follow the template and cliché of every fanboy zealot that hates a "___" said game with a passion need to make obvious comments and rants that somehow influence those on the fence of this game. Well you two only strengthen my resolve to buy the game and play the hell out of it so that I can stick it to you titanfall hating fanboys.

The game IMO is a solid FPS COD esque game with fluid 3D movement that feels fresh even though nothing new is brought to the table. Some times refinement is all you need in an overcrowded FPS genre. So if FPS multiplayer is not your thing than move on with your life if it is then those people who are going to play it on the various platforms will have a great time in March while the haters will continue to hate on things that don't concern them.

EA, Respawn and MS promoted it as something ground breaking and next gen. It's not next gen, it's not ground breaking, and I can see that it's bland from the videos.

No a game has to try to do something new if it wants my money. All titanfall has going for it, is being fodder for fanboys to consume when they are trying to convince (themselves) people that somehow next gen consoles matter.

If you're not into multiplayer games then why bother with this one? It's been clear since the get go that was the focus. That's like being disappointed with a new COD or BF because the campaign is crap.

I like multiplayer. This game is amazing. That's all I'll say

What else do you want my sympathy my acknowledgement from me that your opinion on this game is wrong. I'll sum it up by saying this I played it and loved it regardless of the resolution which BTW is only 25% of the final resolution and the game IMO blows tribes away.

um...when did I say I don't like online only FPS games? That was the other guy. I loved Unreal Tournament, Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike (original and source), Battlefield ect.

All I said was this game is bland. Which I'm saying is inexcusable when you hype it up as something that will revolutionize the genre.
