And to answer:
1. Jokes on you I dont wear cufflinks unless I am wearing a tux
2. Whats wrong with flat seams? They are functional and stylish?

Joking aside, French cuffs and cuff links are almost a must for me.

Seriously, try buttoning a proper fitting cuff with one hand (right cuff with right hand) and see how long it takes you, if you can actually get it buttoned.

I worked at a tux shop for a while, it was a nightly game. I got pretty good at it. Though I agree that French Cuffs look better.
