Wait, I thought all retro game collectors were fluent in Japanese!

There's one in NYC, but it doesn't have that much good stuff. Tons of Japanese commons, though.

Concur, there is a new BookOff recently opened at the Lakewood Mall in Los Angeles. I think its all US stuff in there, can anyone in LA confirm this?
This franchise needs to survive the competition from Gamestop and is worth the drive. Really amazing how pristine the Books, Movies and CIB Games are in. In addition, just a small easily removable price tag is used and it is on the outside of an add on resealable plastic envelope. A "comic book" protector for games and movies used in most Japanese resell stores.

I grabbed a few games today from my usual hunting locations, but the find of the day was a "GameStop New" copy of Guilty Gear XX^Core Plus for a mere $8.
I was pretty excited to find this one complete with the soundtrack CD for such a good price, and I now only need one more title (Guilty Gear X2) to complete my PS2 Guilty Gear collection.
