I don’t think video games are just meant for kids either, but there are plenty of people who do. You might say Disney is for kids but actually back in the early days they were not just intended for kids and there are plenty of Disney movies now that clearly aim to please all audiences, particularly the Pixar movies.

I obviously don’t judge people for playing games, but I think if I want to not have people judge my hobby as childish, then I owe them the same courtesy for their hobbies.

Just my two cents and I’ll leave it at that so as not to get this thread off track.

Imagine walking around in the woods or over some dim snowy field and see that distinct outline in the distance. It'd be horrifying!

Anyway, I'm back into Tactics. This game is either way harder than I remember or I'm missing something. Just got Lustadio and I've probably had to fight most major battles 5-10 times on average to avoid anyone going down (doesn't it affect a stat if someone falls often in battle?).

it legit creeped me out in game. I mean that thing is so stupid looking. But there it was just hopping along in an otherwise empty snowy flatland. I just wanted to get away from it.

I'm currently considering giving up on Kingdom Hearts and selling it. I genuinely don't think it's awful, but I'm also just thinking of the prospect of playing another 20 hours of it and thinking that it really doesn't appeal. I gave the game 10 hours, which I think is more than a fair shake. It's just not for me.

EDIT: Decision made. Goodbey Kingdom Hearts, and sorry that my participation in this months TR is now over Noise! I gave it a go :lol:

I don't blame you for giving up Kingdom Hearts, but it saddens me you won't be playing anything else for FF spin-off month.

Since Noise posted pics, I want to take a second to commend FFXII:RW's word design:

Floating islands are one of my favorite settings in fantasy gaming, and FFXII does it very well.

Here's hoping to see some Chocobo love up in here. There's so many Chocobo games people!
PLAY KING'S FIELD.

@Exhum: Super pretty!

@AJ: Hey, no worries - at least you participated for a solid ten hours. And if I know you, you'll at least keep posting in this thread even if you're done playing a FF spin-off for the month.

So, it's a slight stretch maybe, but I did have the idea that I could maybe play Vagrant Story for the rest of the month. It's supposedly set in the world of Ivalice, which is the world from Final Fantasy Tactics, Tactics Advance, Tactics A2 and Final Fantasy XII, although I hear that's kind of a retcon. Ivalice also appeared in FFXIV too apparently.
