I don't know about Reno, but it's still as of 5min ago not shipped. I've seen stuff show up like 12-18 hours after being mailed out by them though last year when I picked up Prime 14 months ago. Usually it would ship from a central or eastern KY hub location so being in state it just didn't matter as long as it went out the day before.
Whatever happens happens, not going to really get all that upset about it. I'll just set it up on Friday, let it install the eShop and other updates and see what pops up on there day one as I'm curious what all shakes out. In state they use USPS every time so if it didn't show Friday it easily could pop up Saturday. If it ended up annoyingly being Monday it's not like I don't have some movies, Minecraft, or my 1300 page hardback He-Man comic omnibus I found days ago to keep me busy. I also a week or so ago found that oddball Hatsune Miku 3DS game which is nauseatingly cute but actually is quite fun to play.
I'm genuinely going to try and turn over an old leaf I suppose with gaming. Back to one console support aside from the PC. Limit my options, so I'm more forced to focus and play out what I have than get swamped and finish nothing.

Tanooki, is that the mini-comic book for He-Man? If so it's a great book. Dark Horse has been churning out some great He-Man HC's. The latest is a collection of the newspaper strips.
As for Zelda I cancelled my Switch pre-order and my Zelda Special Edition and put both down payments towards the Wii U version which I'll pick up on Friday. Just made more sense given my current video game playing habits, or lack thereof.

My Switch is meant to arrive tomorrow, and Zelda on Saturday. I won't be around for either, so who knows when I'll actually get the thing

I'm with Tanooki in the sense that if it doesn't arrive on time it's no big deal. I am playing through Tokyo Mirage Sessions at the moment so I'll be occupied.
It still hasn't shipped but the only saving grace is that living in Staten Island, as part of NYC, Amazon uses their own carrier service so it can even ship tomorrow and get to my door by 8PM.
Regardless the more important thing is, after dieting for three weeks, I will be enjoying a giant piece of steak tomorrow night from Wolfgangs Steakhouse as my little cheat meal.

My Wii U copy arrives on Friday, and I can't wait! I had hoped to finish up Dragon Quest VII by then, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen. Oh well...restoration of the Almighty is just going to have to wait a bit longer, because I am not holding off on Breath of the Wild.
Re: Zelda Breath of the Wild - Wii U vs. Switch
Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow as well, though it's just going to keep adding to the pile of games that I hope to maybe finish one of before Mass Effect Andromeda launches.

And some of those reviewers of a lower score work on a 5 star rat8ng system, giving it 4.5 stars which is being considered a 90.Sarge wrote:Holy...
It's running 98 on Metacritic right now. The lowest score is a 90. Dang.
Now I am excite.

Yeah some really stellar reviews out there, I'm more intrigued than I was before.Sarge wrote:Holy...

One thing I haven't seen much of is dungeon gameplay, and dungeon boss fights for that matter. Any good Youtube videos of that stuff?
PLAY KING'S FIELD.
