Simple. Exterminate these people who serve non runny eggs.

Or don't. Jail seems pretty awful and murdering someone over a chicken's period would seem extreme.
Well, the trick is you also exterminate the people who want to put you in jail. Eventually we'll be left with a utopia of people who can appreciate runny fried eggs.

You sir are solutions oriented.

Sounds odd, but I once had a burger topped with pickled beets and a runny fried egg. It was delicious. Every flavor was present, but no flavor was overpowering.

Eggs and a banana for breakfast.

Yay I'm full of ham, eggs, and French toast (finally). I would have liked to sleep for another hour, but I'll live somehow.

We have been growing some freakishly large squash this year so I tried a crazy experiment with them. Squash Hashbrowns. You cut the crook off and run it over a cheese grater. Then put wrap it in a cheese cloth, or any cloth, and wring moisture out of it. The fry it in a touch of oil until crispy. Honestly, I have no desire to eat normal squash ever again. Its not as good as potato hashbrowns but close enough for how much healthier it is for you.

Tomorrow is berry muffins with whatever berries we have on hand.

On work days, I've been eating instant oatmeal instead of frosted Pop Tarts. That apple and cinnamon one is delicious. Best part is, they're pretty cheap. I think it was like 4 or 5 bucks for a box of 18 packets.

Or you could buy a gallon tub of oatmeal for two dollars. If you want to go for gusto go to an agri supply place. You can get a sack of oats that will last you six months for around ten bucks.

There's spaghetti squash, and also squash spaghetti. I'm assuming you are growing traditional yellow squash.

If so, you can parboil the squash, then place it into a hot pan with a little olive oil. Toss with red pepper flakes, your seasonings of choice, and BOOM! Delicious dinner.

And shishkabobs. Usually beef short ribs are dirt cheap, and they have the perfect fat to meat ratio for "bobs with squash". Squash, beef, onion, tomato. Simple as that.

One other way to utilize the squash is a "Southern Stir Fry". Okra, squash, zuchinni, onion, and even lima beans if you'd like.

Spaghetti Squash does not grow well here, bad soil for it (not enough potassium). Luckily, yellow squash aka summer squash, Cucurbita pepo not Cucurbita moschata, is perfectly suited for less potassium - so are zucchini.

Your dinner recipe is what we usually do, but you can only do it so many times. I mean we have harvested a solid 30 squash so far, with atleast 10 of them being as long as my forearm. We also cut them up with zucchini and bake them with garlic and some oil, then cover with sesame seeds. I highly recommend the hashbrowns if you have a spare squash, well and like hashbrowns. Id make them in the morning on weekends if I had eggs in the house.

But back to breakfast foods; hardboiled eggs, yay or nay?

Yes. Also nicely portable for other times of the day. Pinch of salt and you're golden.

Yes on hard boiled eggs.

Salt will do in a pinch (ho ho), but I prefer a sprinkle of smoked paprika. After shelled, I pop the whole sucker in my food hole.

This thread should have a poll of "Waffles or Pancakes?".
