Spent about 3 hours yesterday playing Gunsmoke trying to see how far i could get on one credit. I managed to get the 3rd boss down but not much further than that since Ive gotten into the habit of not using continues(the Shmups crew on here can be blamed for that) Ive caught myself wanting to call this the 8-bit Red Dead Redemption, there are wanted posters, gun upgrades, horses, shopkeepers, and murder lots of murder all with an Old West flavor they are practically the same game lol.

Ive also put quite a bit of time into Donkey Kong for GB while waiting for laundry and ive gotten stuck about halfway through the 3rd world of stages, i might have to break down and find a walk through.

That's how far I made it too! I usually don't mind using continues, but the thought of slogging all the way back through that level right away made me ill. The horse is definitely my favorite part of the game.

Madworld?
Madworld is hands down the worst game I've ever played on Wii. Why anyone would have it on their list of minor/major classics is beyond me.
Well without playing a game you can only judge it by what others think of it and apart from you I've heard nothing but praise. Thats how it ended up on my major/minor classics list. What did you not like about it?

Everything.

The gameplay
The motion controls
The horrible horrible horrible audio (especially the commentators)
The level design
The graphics (while cool in theory and in screenshots, they sucked in practice)

Everything. It is a bad game by any measure.

Well, to Noise, I'd still suggest Tyrian 2000. It has hidden bonus levels and minigames, varying level design, and a humorous plot to be worth playing. And no, you will not 1CC it, and you don't need to. There is an Arcade setting that you can play it on, but that's not the main game.

As for you other guys...Ds, is there anything on my list you've never beaten but have access to? It's at the top of page 8 if I remember right.

Beats of Rage
Cave Story
Fallout
Grand Theft Auto Vice City
Half-Life
Indigo Prophecy
Loom
Super Fighter
Tyrian 2000
VVVVVV

^alright, I guess it'll be this. I'm conflicted on Fallout vs Diable II. On one hand, dsh has a free copy of Diablo II for me. On the other, I find Fallout more appealing and it will take a lot less time to beat. Thoughts y'all?

Having not played either myself, I would do Fallout.

Assuming you're planning on playing single-player, my vote goes towards Fallout. Diablo always felt very sterile and empty without the company of friends.

I hate to turn down a free game, but I feel there's a better chance of me completing Fallout.

I'd say that Diablo is instantly easier to get into, but Fallout offers a much more rewarding experience if the "kill things, get loot" formula has worn off on you.
