I think this one totally depends on your age. If you were born in the 80's or earlier, it's Koopa and Princess Toadstool. If you were born in the 90's (or are a freaking traitor) it's Bowser and Peach.

What game did they start using the names Bowser and Peach anyway?
It was either Super Mario World or Super Mario 64.

I think Peach was first used in the west in Yoshi's Safari, although Mario 64 was the first major game to use it. I have no idea about Bowser.

In Japan, the Princess's name has always been Peach (ピーチ姫, Pīchi Hime?, Princess Peach). She was originally known as Princess Toadstool in the United States and other Western countries.

It'll always be Princess Toadstool to me.
Last Death: I held onto a bomb for too long and it exploded as I threw it at a cracked wall.

I last died, because I wasn't stealthy enough and I forgot to turn on my active camoflage before I was seen by a guard from a cybernetic limb replacement firm in Shanghai.
