Here are the two main action buttons from a control pad. What is the console this controller belongs to? It's not exactly "rare", but most of you here probably have never played one (I know someone who will know it, but that's all I'm saying).

It's an independently developed game that originated in Japan. It was actually made with RPG maker despite being an adventure game. Here's another screenshot:
