With the trajectory of their economy I don't see that last one happening....then again the moon race was never much more than a propaganda ploy so who knows.
If we want to see space travel develop we need to start mining asteroids, cause the only commercial use so far for spaceflight has been satelites (and well rockets), which don't make humanity want to go farther.
