Stopped by the local thrift shop today after school and it was definitely worth it.
Picked up a Sega Saturn with 2 controllers, all chords, and Sonic 3d Blast for $25
Also picked up Virtua Cop and Die Hard Trilogy with boxes but not manuals for $2 each
For Sega Genesis I found Mortal Kombat 1 CIB and Phantasy Star 2 (No manual) for $3 each
Then to finish it off as I was paying I seen Turtles IV for SNES for $2
Seen some other good things in there like Gauntlet for Ps2 for $7 and Ps1 system for $5
I'm happy this place opened up this year, same store that I found Demolition Herby CIB Color label for $2, a Panosonic 3do Controller for $3, and 2 complete Space Jockey's for 25 cents.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
My friend, out of nowhere, presented me this lovely gift.

It's a copy of the Hyrule Historia, and it may possibly have a signature of Shigeru Miyamoto on it, but I'm not 100% sure

...that certainly looks like Miyamoto's signature to me. He always does the eyeball thing with the O's like that.

I bought the collector edition of Tekken 6 for Xbox 360, with the Hori wireless Stick/art book/box for 40$

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
We had the PS3 version of this at BestBuy for $30, because it was collecting dust in the back. I'm still kicking myself for not picking it up. Back then I could barely afford gas to work though. Bleh...Toktogul wrote:I bought the collector edition of Tekken 6 for Xbox 360, with the Hori wireless Stick/art book/box for 40$

Ugg that stick is so bad, it was my first Arcade stick when I was really getting into fighters and didnt know any better. It didnt take long to realize that it was not the most ideal, and moved on to better things.Toktogul wrote:I bought the collector edition of Tekken 6 for Xbox 360, with the Hori wireless Stick/art book/box for 40$

Damn, didn't realize there were that many people from NC on this site too! It's not too dead, I've managed to grab a few things just from my occasional visits there. But at least you've got Save Point Video Games! I always try and hit that place up every weekend that I get!prfsnl_gmr wrote:Nice work. The craigslist here in Charlotte is completely dead, and I haven't found a deal on there in years...It doesn't stop me from checking, however!YellowGameboyColor wrote:Craigslistprfsnl_gmr wrote:This is an awesome find. How did you locate it?Some dude selling all of his Nintendo games. His prices were really random though, might've been from Gamestop's site. The total would've been $135, but I got him down to $100 even. I'm really happy!
