I need to re-listen to them because I must have missed something on the first listen of Whut? Thee because I just can't stop listening it to it now that I gave it a real full listen. I seriously like this album more than either Muddy Waters or Dare Iz A Darkside. Such a hard time figuring out which one is the best of the 3 :lol:

all three are really great. I just prefer to the production on the other two.

I just like the beats better. A lot of Whut sounds kind of same to me after a while -- it's got a very heavy BombSquad or EPMD sound to it, whereas I think the next two albums are a little more varied and sort of showcase Red's ability to rap on different beats rather than sticking to a smaller comfort zone.

I see that point of view. A listen or two of Whut? Thee does have the effect that its all just meshing together with a somewhat repetitive sound.
