Yeah, I don't like to pay what I did for a lot of those games, especially the Game Gear games. In the case of the Star Wars games, in all my years of collecting I have just never run across any of them for a decent price. I figured I'd pay that including shipping with eBay and at least in this case I can physically inspect them condition.
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynjmwil/games?viewCollection=in-collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

Some recent pickups:

NES
Snow Brothers in box $150 Yeah thats high, but I thought not real bad due to box
Chubby Cherub $30 Overpaid but needed
Bucky OHare $25 I think that is a little under Ebay
Princess Tomato (not even gonna say, they caught me sleeping :( )

SNES
Lufia 2, again Ebay price at retail

PS1
Valkyrie Profile $65, a little under Ebay

PS2
All three Time Crisis games with gun and box, I think they were 20 each

I may have paid a decent amount for these but this same "chain" of stores has yielded me things like:
Pitfall 32X CIB for 5 bucks, check Ebay, this thing is nutty
Earthbound 80 bucks
Xenoblade $42

I could make a list a mile long but you get the idea, so sometimes I dont mind paying "the going rate" LOL Even paying Ebay price at least I know what I am getting and not let to wonder if I paid Black label price for a Greatest Hits.

No I will not tell you who they are either LOL

TI-99/4A?

That's the one. Munch Man, Hunt the Wumpus, TI Invaders, Star Trek, Frogger, Hitchhikers Guide, Frogger, Pole Position to name a few.

That's pretty cool.

The TI-99/4A is a classic computer with its own unique library of software, much like the C64, Tandy Color, etc.

I'm assuming you found cartridges? Just pop them in the cart slot and boot up the computer - they'll load automatically.

Did you get the original joystick with it? Although Atari joysticks look to be compatible they will not work - not without an adapter that is.

Yeah, all cartridges, including some home finance software on cartridge which I'm curious to see what's up with.

I haven't had a chance to go through all the boxes yet, it's pretty much a jumbled mess of controllers, systems, cords, games and manuals so I'll keep you posted on what I find.

Also - found the NES games the manuals belong to - Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Ikari Warriors, Popeye, SMB, DK3, Zelda, Ghosts N Goblins, Excitebike, Ice Climber, Balloon Fight, Metroid, Mario Brothers, SMB2, SMB3, Lolo 2, Bubble Bobble, Gyromite, few others. All nicely stored in dust sleeves and sealed in a box.

Oh, and a working R.O.B. with all the accessories. Gyros, gloves and trays.

She said they're all mine. Score baby, yeah.

I think my thrift stores have hit a dry spell :?

Did manage to find this though:

Image

A nice fat PSP travel game case with several large pockets and 22 smaller pockets for UMD storage. It also contained the following:

Image

Smaller PSP case
PSP headphones w/remote
2 UMD slip covers
SmackDown vs Raw 2006 (UMD only)
World Tour Soccer (UMD only)
Lords of Dogtown (UMD only)
32 MB memory stick duo (Not pictured. I found it as I was counting pockets for the above description :D )

Total: $1.59 with tax

I haven't seen Lords of Dogtown, so I don't know if I'll keep it. But I figure I can sell the soccer and wrestling game to my local game store and maybe make half my money back
