Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
I really wish arena shooters would make a comeback. I was probably the only one excited for Quake Arena Arcade.

Although I sucked, I spent hours playing Unreal and Quake.

I really don't like it when people beef on this guy. I have always respected this guy and taken his words to heart. I like that he has more free reign with his show now. This guy is like the roger ebert of video games IMO.

Can I use the FF 4 guide for the GBA to play through the Snes version? They didn't change anything big like dungeon layout in the GBA port did they?

You're probably fine. I have a FF Origins guide that I used for the original NES game, the PSP ports, Dawn of Souls, and FF Origins itself.

The SNES version of FF4 is significantly easier than the other US released versions of the game.

Is it? I didn't have any issues with the PSP version.AppleQueso wrote:The SNES version of FF4 is significantly easier than the other US released versions of the game.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

The US SNES version is what the Japanese "EasyType" version was based on. It's really easy.Stark wrote:Is it? I didn't have any issues with the PSP version.AppleQueso wrote:The SNES version of FF4 is significantly easier than the other US released versions of the game.

Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
I've never actually played the American FF2 to completion. By the time I got around the playing the game the original Japanese FF4 had a ROM translation so I played that instead.
