Yeah, homebrews I picked up at BronyCon - Pony Quest (fan conversion of Final Fantasy) and Dr. Discord's Conquest (fan conversion of Mega Man 3). They've already approved Pony Quest; now I'm just waiting on Dr. Discord's Conquest.

The PS1 game I had to submit was Command and Conquer: Red Alert - Retaliation. They had it for PC but not PS1.

They also do a kind of submission drive once a year where they give prizes so if you have some time to spare and enjoy archiving hit it up next time it comes around.

Huh. I didn't know they accepted that sort of thing. Guess it makes sense though, as I have noticed most of the AtariAge stuff is listed.

I don't think you can submit repro carts though (like a "North American" Star Ocean or whatever).

I don't think you can, either. I didn't try, though, tbh. I debated trying for my repro of Starfox 2, but I decided against it on grounds of my own views on legitimacy.

Yeah if I get a repro I usually just track it under the legit listing and just put repro in the notes.

I like that RFG has an actual database, but as an alternative it's kind of nice that Backloggery doesn't and is completely free text and whatever you want. I track fan games, rom hacks, and all the random stuff on there along with everything else. Definitely not my main source to catalog everything though.

I put repro in the notes on my Backloggery, but I'm not putting it on my RF Generation.

I also just had to add the PAL release of Zombie Army Trilogy for PS4. They've got the US release (even though there wasn't originally supposed to be one) but not the PAL release (which is what I bought since there wasn't supposed to be a US release). First time I've seen a recent game in my collection that isn't already on there (though I have a feeling I'll be adding several Vita and PS4 games tomorrow when I get to the Limited Run stuff).

I bought over 50 famicom bootleg carts, they were pretty common here in my country, for a very cheap price actually but... after cleaning some glue residue and the contact pins of every one (why the hell the old owner put tape on some of the game???) i will only keep... 6 games... really i was expecting some better games from these.

The retail copy of Runbow Deluxe for Wii U has evidently been canceled according to an e-mail I got from Amazon.
