Oh please. Ok then how about this: I believe that any sickness given to you is a test by god, so I don't pay for ANY of your health insurance. Heart attack? Don't care. Cancer? You should have gone to church more often...so on so on. Saying that corporations have the same rights as people is stupid beyond description.

That's fine too though; my first two jobs provided zero health insurance. It's not somehow my employer's responsibility to make sure I have health insurance.

How does one draw the line between a corporation as an entity and the members of the board of that corporation who can set the policies that corporation follows?

No I would say it's the responsibility of the state.

It's very clear to me that what Hobby Lobby is doing has less to do with religious beliefs and more to do with financial concerns. They're just using religion as an excuse because it turns an otherwise hopeless fight into a national controversy.

This is a company that has recently been taken to court for deceptive advertising, keeping items on sale permanently and pretending their retail price is a sales price. I don't think they truly care about any sort of theological morality.

The religious contraception debate is an excuse to not be forced to offer medical coverage, period.
