Nice points you got there. But this particular issue involves customer service (or lack therof) and not about missing cases, stickers and shit. The dudes actions were a result of shitty customer service. The guy chose not to buy the game due to condition, worker gave him shit for it and here we are lol!

When I go game shopping I usually hit up 5-6 stores. Incidentally, I lucked out that day because the independent gaming store across the street had a copy in perfect condition for the same price.
