Well even to me the latter two of your list have a lot(but sharing with the previous consoles) though I'd rather play it on the newer ones(though due to M$'s design choices I just can't bare to touch XB1 even though I've never owned a xb console...it's way cheaper to stick to just sony and nintendo anyways and hope that that some of the exclusives I want to play come over to either one...)
My gameroom
My systems: NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, original gba, gba sp(001), ds lite, 3ds, vita, psp, PSone(101 model) ps2, ps3(320gb model), ps4, retron 5, and Dreamcast.

Meh the only thing true is that it is subjective.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

I don't know why my statement was so controversial, I outright said there's plenty of great stuff for PS4.

I just said that none of it interests me. Which is true.

I don't think your statement is controversial. It's pretty similar to how I currently feel. I can see that there's plenty of good stuff out for PS4 now, even a couple I'd like to try (Hello, Until Dawn), there's just not enough right now to convince me to drop $350 on it quite yet.

This is definitely the worst generation I've seen, though granted I realize that my view is askew because I have a decent PC that can run the majority of new games.

Granted, I've almost always had a decent PC, but it used to be that there was a legitimate reason to have a couple consoles as well. Now, the amount of games that are worth owning a console for can pretty much be held in one hand.

Bloodborne and Disgaea 5 are my main reasons for having a PS4. I'm on the lookout for Oneechanbara and Omega Quintet at a decent price - everytime I see them they're still $40+ which is too much in my opinion.

The PS4 has far more to offer than the Wii U. 3DS and Vita are a whole different market, and most people have already declared the Vita dead. XB1 has literally nothing of value in my view, it's a worthless, dust gathering black box until they offer backward compatibility for it, at which point it'll just become my new Xbox 360.

And PC, well, it's PC. I don't really pay attention to PC games. My PC is for work, email, streaming sites and social media. I just don't view it as a gaming machine and never will, but to each his own.

If that's how you regard PC, then yeah, you'll definitely see more value in the PS4. I'd be like how people would have viewed Blockbuster 5 years ago who never heard of Netflix.

Xbox One does at least have a few exclusive games. Nothing worth spending $300+ for, but still... there's that Rare collection thingie if you happen to like Rare games.

None of my sentiment is any kind of judgment. None of what I said is saying "YOU SHOULD BE PLAYING IT THIS WAY TOO!" or anything like that.

My entire comment was to help push out the idea that there are people who don't dominantly play on consoles, and for them, the current offerings on PS4 and XB1 are underwhelming. Especially compared to previous generations.

The gap between Wii U/3DS/Vita and PS4/Xbox One is staggering. PS4 and Xbox One are absolute wastelands.

I remember during the 7th gen I was ticked for the longest time because I couldn't afford a PS3. Now I just don't care.

Assuming all consoles were the same price I'd rather have a CD-I and Casio Loopy than a PS4 and Xbox One. Dead serious.
