yeah I agree on ninja on this one. I think it's become too easy for folks to get mad at Capcom. In this case, they actually realized the demand and are giving collectors what they want. It's cool.

That's the thing though, Capcom sort-of didn't only realse the game digitally. They actually took the time to have standard, retail PS3 cases made complete with coverart, a paper disc, and a packaged pin and sold them at retail. They went through all of that effort and they couldn't have had a disc pressed instead of some paper disc insert. Meh

Oh well, I purchased the game once and that's enough for me.

when you release a game physically don't you have to pay Nintendo, Microsoft, sony etc a large fee that you don't have to pay if you do digital? I assume that Capcom didn't think it would be feasible. I wish people would stop thinking that game companies haven't always been a business to make money sure they want to appeal to the fans but they have to make smart business decisions to ensure they can continue to exist.

Then I better get my physical version of Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies then!

not sure how a high interest in Ducktales Remastered correlates with Ace Attorney. Is there some way for Capcom to have a preorder of the game to gauge the level of interest to see if it would be financially sensible to have a physical release?

I bought the case and pin and would like a disc. Here's hoping capcom will give me the $1.00 disc it cost them to print and manufacture.

Every other AA game was released physically and have been reprinted numerous times. Seems good enough to me but hey, what do I know?

I'm pretty pumped that they are releasing it on disc. I wasn't all that interested at $15 for a digital download but sign me up for retro throwback at a budget price that will likely be a bit collectible down the road.

I wish Sega would do this for Castle of Illusion as well!

alright so I finally grabbed this on Steam for $6. I have to say... I'm pretty happy w/ it so far. Played thru the new intro "level," and then the first real level. For some reason the game crashed on me during Transylvania though. I quit there as Transylvania was always a frustrating level for me w/ all the warp-mirrors. But I like the look, and I like the new music. It controls well... I think it's looking like a pretty solid remake.

Did they ever release the physical disc for this game?
