look it up, many sites said zelda was called that, but its more aplied to 1st person rpgs now.

everytime I talk about zelda Im thinking about a link to the past, many people might have twighlight princess in there mind though

It's not a new thing, all the original dungeon crawlers were first person affairs. (Dunjeonquest, Wizardry, etc)

is it a dating sim yet?

I want my favorite game to be EVVVERY GENRRE.

Now Elder Scrolls, Metroid, AND PSO are in the same genre.

May as well stop beating around the bush and make the universal genre of "Video Game"

I seriousley think its an action rpg/hack and slash/puzzle/dungeon crawler/ quest /fantasy/adventure game -but thats just me

but you could say some of the newer zeldas are bug hunting games if theres a genere for that.

well you could even say its a shopping game, you kill enemies for a living, and buy stuff to kill more enemies with
