J360 FTW. Unless the DVD is region free? Is there confirmation on it being region 2 locked? It would also work if the PS3 LE used a Blu Ray disc for the extras. Both America and Japan are region A.

I recall the description listing the extra content as a super play DVD and an artworks booklet. I would be shocked, floored even, if it happens to be a region free DVD.
edit:
The limited edition includes:
1) Kami - Strategy DVD#. Video of expert ame play and HOW TO tutorial for the arcade version
2) NEW ORDER Soundtrack (temporary title). Rising game music composer Yosuke Yasui of Super Sweep, who worked on titles such as Mamoru-kun is Cursed! and Eschatos, brings his talent to make a renewed Under Defeat soundtrack!
3) Plus! Super Limited Edition box featuring an original illustration by character designer Nanashiki Yamamoto
Fans will also be happy to hear that the game package design of the limited edition will be based on the original Dreamcast limited edition design!
I typed it out from the description on play-asia. So yeah, you get a different box and a music CD you can listen to. I believe that strategy DVD has already been available. I would expect a region locked copy of the same.

Maybe
THIS will help you guys decide.
In all seriousness, it's one of my favorite shmups on the Dreamcast. Very old school, but with outstanding visuals. I think it's probably the first shmup I really tried to 1cc.

That review was amazing. And actually talked about what I don't like about the game... The scoring system or lack of one...
