When I asked the question I expected evidence, not an assumption by a guy who is upset that someone doesn't like his favourite system. Hey I really like the gamecube, I don't go off on one at people who didn't like the system "Don't like the controller? YOU ARE PLAYING IT WRONG!", "You claim you have seen all the console has to offer yet you don't import or use the gameboy player? YOU HAVE ONLY PLAYED HALF THE LIBARY!"

No I don't agree with that at all, I don't know about you lot but over the last year I'e become pretty damn picky about what I play, this time last year I had over 600 games, now I have less than 50 + emulators, I don't bother with something if I feel that it is same old or something I have seen before and sadly when a console is made around 1 or 2 genres that is bound to happen. I like shoot'em ups as much as any person but I only play certain ones, same goes for any genre, why waste my time on second best?

But anyway that is just me. Mock me all you want for my responce but it was the correct responce to the kind of arrogance that can only be expected of an immature net user who trys to back up his arguments with insults. You were fine to question my reasons for not liking the PC Engine but don't treat me like an idiot for not liking the things you do like.
In otherwords:
Does anyone care to count the insults in this post?

If you were really insulted, do you think there were other ways to point it out then hurl insults back within large posts about it? I was picking apart your argument earlier, and yes, I did assume some things. If me assuming some things bothered you, then I apologize.

Back to talking about consoles and vigorously ripping apart peoples reasons for disliking things (without resorting to personal insults). :)

"You claim you have seen all the console has to offer yet you don't import or use the gameboy player? YOU HAVE ONLY PLAYED HALF THE LIBARY!"
Except, games on the Gameboy Player are GB games. PC Engine CD games are still PC Engine games that were always among the mainstream releases, on the mainstream format. You cannot compare the two without missing the point, which was clearly explained already.

You really have not played more than half the PC Engine games.

The shoot 'em up issue was also spelled out for you.

Those are arguments backed up with evidence and explanation. If you missed that, go and read those posts again.

End of argument.

To call my posts large is ironic considering how large your rants at me were.
It wasn't me who was insulted, it was my intelligence that was insulted by your childish combacks. Little lesson, don't ever, AND I MEAN EVER assume things about people.

I always felt that PS1 was a huge disappointment. It had tons of games, but most weren't worth playing and extremely few of the "best" ones interested me at that point in time. Load times drove me crazy. The controller didn't feel comfortable - a complaint that has largely carried over to current PlayStation consoles even though analog sticks were a HUGE improvement over the terrible d-pad. Worst of all, the system seemed to focus on making gaming even less of a social experience at a time when multiplayer was king for me.

With a greater appreciation of RPGs and survival horror now, the appeal of the system is easier to see... but it's still my least favorite mainstream gaming system.

So what it is? A baby of Mario+RPG+a book?

It's a 3D game. The environments are 3D and you can walk forward and backwards in the Z axis.
^this. Paper Mario is not 2D.

There aren't any systems I straight up dislike. There are systems I don't enjoy enough to own but I can think of redeaming qualities for all the systems that weren't abysmal failures. When I think about it the system that excites me the least is the Nintendo DS. I've owned one and tried to get into its library but I ultimately get bored because the genres I enjoy are done so much better on the PSP and GBA.

Read a small little group that I'm along with, the system I disliked the most is the N64 or the Virtua Boy. With the Virtua Boy I would lay down and play teleroboxer where the master was a big fat cat! And I was always wondering what they were talking about because I kept thinking the last master was a ninja.

With the Nintendo 64, I do have good times with Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Donkey Kazooie (lol), Conquer's Bad Fur day & did play Diddy Kong Racing, but unlike the Dreamcast and the PlayStation, I couldn't go to their regular rack of games and tolerate them, Blast Corps and Mystic Makers were bad and if Anyone remember's Yoshi's Story it was an extremely watered down version of Yoshi's Island only it was in 3D, I do give them merit at least for trying the idea since 3D was really huge at the time.

I'm a CD person so I'm having trouble deciding. I want to say the 32X but I'd be lying to myself because it was an extremely awesome underrated system with a limited library. The Angry Video Game Nerd (AVGN) is compelling me to say the NES but with games like Mega Man, Ninja Turtles Manhattan Project, BattleToads, Ghost & Goblins and various more....that's it I failed.

Mischief Makers was bad?

Yoshi's Story wasn't 3D. It was entirely sprite-based 2D. And it was blech.

I'm glad you didn't succumb. The last thing we need is young minds warped by AVGN.
